Gro-Hemp.com was built around a simple observation: hemp cannabinoid law changes faster than almost any other area of U.S. regulation, and most online guides are static — written once, then left to go stale as states amend their statutes and the federal government rewrites the rules underneath everyone.

Our centerpiece is the Hemp & Cannabinoid Legality Checker, a free interactive tool covering CBD, Delta-8, Delta-9 (hemp-derived), THCA, Delta-10, and HHC across all 50 states and DC. We built it as a living reference, not a one-time snapshot, and we back it with a growing library of plain-language articles and a news section tracking the run-up to the federal hemp law change taking effect November 12, 2026.

Our Approach

Every status in our checker is paired with the specific statute, enforcement action, or regulatory framework driving it, where one is publicly documented.
